She was there to witness England’s latest devastating defeat against Argentina, which, spoiler alert, ended in tears. And not just for them.
Surrounded by her iconic family—hello, Victoria and David—Harper was turning heads in a denim jacket and jeans combo that honestly felt like a middle school throwback.
