A parade of Hollywood heavyweights, chart-toppers, athletes, and reality stars have graced the red carpet, all serving looks (whatever that means). But let’s talk about Queen Latifah for a second. She somehow managed to show up in a dress that made her resemble a giant black cloud. Seriously, was it a fashion statement or a weather alert?
