Well, in case you missed it (which is hard to do, honestly), the one and only Lioness, Ella Toone, just got hitched to her long-time partner, Joe Bunney. Yes, they did this on a Wednesday because, why not? The venue? Colshaw Hall in Cheshire, which looks like it was plucked straight out of a bridal magazine or at least a really good Instagram feed. Ella rocked a floor-length cowl neck dress that could make even the most basic looks feel inadequate. The veil? On point. The bouquet? Pinterest called; they want their aesthetics back. And Joe? He scrubbed up nicely in a classic white tux, proving the bow tie is still somehow a thing.
The wedding party looked like the Lioness Hall of Fame, with her bestie, Alessia Russo, serving as maid of honor, not to mention the likes of Mary Earps and Lauren Hemp making the guest list a bit of a football dream team. After five years together, they finally decided to make it official. Love was definitely in the air—or maybe just the relief of finally tying the knot.
