Madonna, 67 and still somehow serving looks that make you go really?, is back at it with yet another cover of Vogue Italia (yawn). This time, she’s rocking a nude corset (because that’s Vogue’s latest demand, right?), fishnet tights, and—drumroll please—pink kneepads. Apparently, they’re a thing now? She completes the ensemble with glittering gold heels to really elevate the look (whatever that means).

In her accompanying interview, this alleged chaos agent teased her upcoming album, Confessions II (didn’t we just finish the first round of confessions?). Set to drop on July 3, the project is supposedly inspired by her love for the dancefloor. A deeper consciousness? Sounds like just another round of dance therapy to me.

She also reflects on her prosaic life in the Midwest—a place not exactly known for its glamour—claiming that dancing is her escape (classic Madonna move). And if you thought she was done, think again. Apparently, she loves a little social media detox to get her creative juices flowing. Who wouldn’t want that? "Lately it's been hard because of my record and so many things connected to it," she said, as if we’re surprised this one needs a break from the online chaos. Good for her, I guess.

Anyway, she’s still out here doing her thing, and we’re still watching. Can’t wait for the next round of dance-seeking escapades.
