Guess who’s back and is ready to flaunt her leotards again? It’s none other than Suni Lee. The 23-year-old gymnastics titan has decided that the world needs her back in the gym. Shocker! This comeback wasn’t just whispered about; she dropped a super dramatic hype video that had all the vibes of a throwback and ‘look what I can still do!’ moment—complete with clips from her legendary career and a caption that basically screams, I’m back 🎬. She casually mentions, ‘I know what I'm capable of. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get there. Back in the gym ... we'll see.’ Cool, we get it, you’re cranking up the hype for the L.A. Olympics in 2028. Remind us again how you became a household name after sassing your way to gold in the all-around at the 2020 Summer Games? Right, and then snagging bronze on the uneven bars like it was no big deal. But plot twist: she was hit with chronic kidney disease in 2022. Not that it stopped her from trying to compete in Paris, where she allegedly picked up two more bronzes. Yawn, but okay. And of course, she’s already hinted that this comeback is going to be epic: ‘This is more than a comeback, stay tuned.’ As if we weren’t already glued to our screens. Meanwhile, the lingering question: where’s Simone Biles in all of this? She’s still playing it coy about her own plans, leaving us on edge. Sigh Who knew gymnastics could be this riveting?
