After England snatched a glorious 2-1 victory against Norway in the World Cup quarterfinals, Maya had a one-way ticket to the airport on the brain—like, yesterday, darling.

Picture this: she had a taxi waiting outside the Hard Rock Stadium, suitcases packed and a hefty glass of white wine clutched in hand like it was her World Cup trophy. In a cheeky Instagram update, she proudly proclaimed, ‘I had my car outside the stadium with my suitcases in so I could watch the match and now I’m on the way to the airport. It's coming home!’ Talk about multitasking.

Just when you thought she might take a breather, she made it just in time to host Love Island’s Aftersun—because really, who else could possibly fill those heels? Decked out in an enchanting brown gown that hugged her curves like a lover's embrace, she made a seamless transition from stadium chic to TV goddess.

And with her signature dry wit, she opened the show with, ‘Happy to be back, glad I didn’t miss my flight... Can you imagine it would have been Casey [O’Gorman] hosting?’ Oh, the audacity of that thought!
